Self-Pay Rates

I offer prospective clients a free 30 minute consultation session. After the initial meeting, the following rates apply.
$250 for 50-minute individual sessions
$300 for 60-minute couple sessions

In some cases, I can accommodate a reduced rate.

Insurance

​In-Network Coverage
I am an in-network provider with Cigna.

Out-of-Network Coverage
You may receive partial, or full reimbursement from your insurance company for our sessions. After you submit payment directly to me, I will provide you with a Superbill, which you will then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The following questions are recommended when inquiring about your out-of-network benefits:

Does my plan cover “out-of-network outpatient mental health services”?
What is my annual deductible and has it been met?
What is the coverage amount, or percentage per therapy session for a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in New York State?
At the end of the conversation, you want to be able to say “After I pay a deductible of $___, the insurance company will pay ___% of $____.”

Cancellation

I ask for 24 hours advanced notice of cancellations without which you will be charged the full session fee. Clients may miss one session per year without advanced notice at no charge. Additionally, I will not charge for the missed session if I am able to reschedule your session within the same week.
